We transformed this entire property into a modern, luxurious home. The project included a complete master bathroom overhaul featuring a spacious walk-in shower with large-format porcelain tile, frameless glass enclosure, custom recessed niche, and elegant lighting. Paired with a beautiful double vanity in soft white cabinetry, quartz countertops, and sleek fixtures — creating a true spa-like retreat.
Modern Approach

The renovation extended far beyond the bathroom. We installed new large-format porcelain tile flooring throughout the main living areas, giving the home a bright, open, and contemporary feel. The staircase was fully rebuilt with durable underlayment and a stunning stainless steel railing system, dramatically improving both safety and style.
